Frequently Asked Questions

On this page I will be answering Frequently Asked Questions I receive on my ASK ME page as well as private emails I have received.  Take the time to read through these if you have any logistical questions regarding contact details, prices or products.  If after this you are still not clear on something, please feel free to visit my ASK ME page to submit your question.

  • I have already signed up to receive your book, but I have some questions I would like to ask.  How can I contact you?

If you signed up for my book, you would have received an email from me with the email address as:  askme@realitysquared.co.uk, the next email after receiving the book will reach you approximately 5 – 8 days later.  After that you will receive 1 or 2 emails a week.  You can either reply to these emails or you can use the email address and start a new message.

  • I have asked a few questions and your answers were very clear, but I would still like to speak to you directly.  Is this possible?**

Yes, I am available on Skype to talk to people all over the world, as long as they have a basic understanding of the English language.  I charge a flat rate of £15 for a 30 minute session or £25 for a 60 minute session and you can book as many as you want.  This is NOT classified as a Counseling/Coaching/Mentoring session but merely for people who would like a better understanding of certain concepts or more information.  If you are interested in a proper Counseling/Coaching/Mentoring session, please see the question below.  To organise one of these skype sessions, please email me directly on askme@realitysquared.co.uk and I will send you a link for payment via Paypal (if you don’t have a Paypal account it is not a problem, you can still pay via credit or debit card on this link).

  • I would like to organise a 1:1 session with you, what does that involve and what are your prices?**

If you would like to organise a 1:1 Counseling/Coaching/Mentoring session with me, please email me directly on askme@realitysquared.co.uk.  I will put you through an interviewing process to find out if I would like to work with you.  Please note that there is No Guarantee that I will be working with you, as some people are not ready or committed enough to do the work I will expect them to do.   The interview will also allow me to understand you and your situation better so I can decide on the best type of therapy to use.

  • For Coaching/Counseling clients, I have a flat rate of £85/hour for the first 12 hours, thereafter £75/hour. (Minimum booking time for first 4 sessions are 3 hours)
  • For Ongoing Mentoring if I have seen you as a Coaching/Counseling client, I have a flat rate of £60/hour for the first 10 sessions, thereafter £50/hour.
  • For Ongoing Mentoring if I have NOT seen you as a Coaching/Counseling client, I have a flat rate of £70/hour for the first 10 sessions, thereafter £55/hour.

The difference between Coaching /Counseling and Mentoring is the topics we will cover, the amount of “therapy” I will use and the types of exercises I will give you.  Coaching/Counseling is for Getting Rid of Issues, Clearing your Past and Creating a Future.  Mentoring is for people who want Advice, Guidance or those who want to Learn More.

  • How long is a Counseling/Coaching session and how many will I need?

A Counseling/Coaching session can range from anything between 2 to 12 hours (this can be done in 1 day).  Depending on the issue we are working on and the amount of issues you would like to deal with.  The amount of sessions you need will vary accordingly.

  • I loved your e-book and feel very inspired after reading it.  Do you have any other e-books or books you can recommend?

I am currently in the process of Writing a Book, but it is not done yet.  The book I am writing explains everything I talked about in my e-book about Perception in more detail and will create a better understanding of the concepts I have mentioned.  I am working on a “Recommended reading” list at the moment, but this in not on the site yet.

  • I know you live in the United Kingdom at the moment.  I live in South Africa.  How will a 1:1 Counseling session with you work?

As I am based in the UK, face to face sessions are preferable if you are local, however, I do have many International Clients whom I have successfully helped via Skype or Telephone.  There are other options which we can discuss if you email me directly on askme@realitysquared.co.uk.
